Attending the conference without paper presentation

Everybody is invited to attend the conference without presenting a paper.
Please contact the conference organizers.
Conference fees for non presenters are: early bird 200 EUR (250 EUR normal, 300 EUR late registration)
Please send an email to sesm@europa-uni.de until end of Feb. 2023 in order to register.

Final program

Refund

Cancellation and request for a refund earlier than 90 days prior to the conference: The refund is 60% of the registration fee. Cancellation and request for a refund between 90 and 60 days prior to the conference: The refund is 40% of the registration fee.
Cancellation and request for a refund less than 60 days prior to the conference: No refund.
No exception for registrants unable to obtain a travel visa. Obtaining a travel visa is the responsibility of the registrant. We will assist by providing an invitation letter for paid registrants, but we are not an authority on visa issues. We cannot help with speeding up the visa process. No exception will be made to the cancellation/refund policy for registrants due to travel related issues or natural disasters, etc.
